Great Family Getaway

We had a great visit to the Aqua Vista house in May 2014 with 9 adults and 6 small children. The house was very spacious, well kept, and about a 3 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet; we used both the community pool (which is very close the house) and the tennis courts. Both were great and very quiet. We arrived early on our check-in day, and Anthony got out into the house promptly. We also ran the gas grill out of propane on the first night, and Anthony was very quick to ameliorate the problem. We also received our security deposit refund within 3 days of our return home. Overall, it's a great rental for a family or large group, and the owners are very eager to please their guests.

 

Beach Christmas

Our family loved being at the beach for Christmas.  The house was magnificent!  Extremely spacious and well designed. It was very nice to have a bathroom on each floor.  The kids enjoyed a feeling of alone time with the nice suite on the bottom level.  2 laundry rooms was a super bonus!!  Every room was a delight to see and relax in at the end of the day.  We really loved having the room to move around and not run into each other.  Well located in a nice central location to access everything from restaurants, movies, shopping and the beach!

Relaxing Time in Destin, FL Before the Holidays

We've been to Destin before but this was the first time renting at Aqua Vista. The house is spacious and it could definitely accommodate 20 people. The house is very clean and provides all of the necessities of home. The location is perfect, directly across from the swimming pool and just a few steps away from the beach so no car is needed to get back and forth. Anthony and Trang was quick to respond to emails and surprisingly, always reachable via the phone. My experience was hassle free, that is what I expect from a vacation. I would recommend Aqua Vista to my family members.

2 family great vacation

We went with another family to destin.  This is our 5th time going but our friends first time.  This condo was so close to the beach and was very comfortable for  12 people.  we would highly recommend it and we will for sure stay there again!

 

Awesome Stay

Down in Destin for a Boston friend's wedding, 10 of us slept comfortably in the Royal Seaesta Townhouse, and 10 more could have easily joined! The house offers so much living space and is truly in the perfect spot-directly across the street from the gorgeous white sand beaches and only a $5 cab away from the Destin Boardwalk/downtown area. We had never heard of Destin, but all agreed that we want to go back next year!

 

Spring Break in Destin

My daughter and her 4 friends (17 and 18 years old) wanted to pay for their Senior trip and so I booked on line at Homeaway.com.  We absolutely loved the accommodations, 3 floors with plenty of privacy, comfortable beds, big kitchen and living room, and directly across access to the ocean.  We usually had breakfast and lunch in the unit/dinner out.  The condo was beautiful, clean, and had all the little extras to enjoy cooking and eating in together.  Parking was not a problem--and having an ice cream store next door was also a plus.  The little pool was clean with a small grill and we were able to enjoy cooking out one night.  The neighbors were all very friendly.  I was also surprised to immediately receive the damage deposit refund quickly with no hassle.  The ocean was turquoise and beautiful--every day was sunny.  We all had a wonderful vacation and the teenagers loved having a house within a walk across the street to the ocean!

 

Beautiful and Roomy Townhouse

We came to Destin for a cheer competition.  Two families with children shared this condo.  We were very pleased with the location, the safety of the area, the convenience of the beach and local attractions, and the helpfulness of the management.   The condo is three floors with plenty of room to spread out.  The kids loved staying in the bunk bed room that had their own private bathroom.  The beach is right across the street and very easy to access.  We LOVED having 4 bathrooms because we were all able to shower after the beach before dinner without it taking all day.  We really had a lovely time in this beautiful condo.  We will definitely plan a future trip. I just have to say that we were very excited about this condo. Slept 12 comfortably, roomy living and kitchen area. The furnishings are lovely. Loved The gated beach access right across the street. The owner was wonderful to work with. He made our arrangements for rental and travel day an easy process. We will definitely stay here again!

 

Pleasant stay in Destin

The condo was clean and had all that was needed for a getaway.  We spent a week with family and found this location to be perfect for us. The management was friendly and helpful with our requests and we would stay here again. Good value overall. Lot of space wonderful location Such a great use of space!  you can have multiple families in this unit with plenty of privacy for everyone.  Great location!  Anthony is great!  Would recommend to anyone!

 

Great Townhouse In Destin!

We recently stayed at this Townhouse in March of 2012.  Three families stayed there; there were 6 adults and five children (totalling 11 people), and it never felt cramped.  There was plenty of room for all the couples and the kids as well.  The townhouse was neat and clean.   We were worried that it was not beachfront, which can sometimes be a problem with kids.  However, the walk to the beach was actually closer than some beachfront properties where we have stayed before, and walk was never a problem, even with 5 kids in tow!  The store next door was extremely convenient, and the kids loved the ice cream parlor that was located in the store.  

 

Awesome place

This is a really nice condo and very spacious for all of the family and in laws too.  The condo was very clean and  a perfect location to everything.   Love the fact that it is right next to Alvin's  island and across from the beach.  We have been to Destin many times and this is one of the best condos we have stayed at.  We will definitely rent this condo again.

 

Great stay!

Awesome location, easy access to beach, next door to a convenience store, 5mn to a grocery store.  Location is perfect as it is also closed to one of the Destin access bridge.  The townhouse is clean and spacious with lots of rooms and the kids love the room in the garage (another plus, park your car in the garage away from that sun!).  Best thing about this location?  Close enough to the hustle and bustle of Destin but far enough so you can relax and enjoy a quiet day.  Definitely will come back for a longer stay.

Surfside Resort Spring Break

Everything was exactly as promised from the description. The resort is great especially if you have teenage boys, they played tennis, basketball, shuffle board, and met many new friends at the hot tub. The owner of this unit was extremely prompt and answered all of our questions very quickly. The beach is beautiful overall had a very relaxing time!

 

 

Wonderful great communtication

First I want to say Anthony was so great to deal with!  if I had a question he emailed be back right away!  I wish more people were like that.  My daughter and I stayed at this condo as well as my brother.  We had plenty of room and kitchen had all I needed to prepare large meal for my moms wedding.  The access to the beach was great!  Pool very nice and hot tub!  would recommend to anyone!   had everything you would ever need!  Thank you!!!

 

GREAT ESCAPE

My wife and I were looking for a restful getaway with a great view of the emerald green gulf.  And we found it at this location.  The condo is beautifully furnished and the balcony view is outstanding!  The unit also came with beach service which was a big plus.  The service had our chairs and umbrella ready each and every morning and the beach is a 60 second walk from the front door.  

The owner was a pleasure to deal with and made us feel welcome and appreciated. By far the best beach stay in Destin that we've ever had.  We'll most definately be back!!

 

Will stay again!

I had a great time at this condo.  The location was perfect, and it had everything you will need for an amazing week/weekend.  Anthony was very nice and responsive to all my questions, and the experience overall was excellent!

First trip to Destin...we had a wonderful time in Destin and enjoyed our stay in the condo. The condo was clean, spacious, and relaxing. And this one has it's own washer/dryer too!  The free beach service was nice because we didn't have to lug around chairs and an umbrella. You do have to get to the beach early to get a good spot though. We definitely enjoyed our first visit to Destin and plan to be back soon!!!

Enjoyed our Spring Break family vacation

This condo resort is as advertise by the owner. The resort has all the amenities and then some but what makes me want to come back even more is how accommodating and responsive the owners was to our questions. They made our experience hassle-free and that allow us to relax and enjoy Destin. Spring Break was great. College kids hanged out a few hundreds of yards down the beach near the local bar and restaurant so the condo resort beach area was more family oriented and less congested. Thanks for letting us enjoy your condo. My family will definitely be back without a doubt.

 

Fabulous in every way!

This Condo is in the perfect location. Near the best restaurants, Shopping and beach activities. The pictures don't begin to show the elegance and comforts that are included. Large rooms beautifully decorated.  Spotless and well equipped kitchen. Restaurant on site was a favourite for lunch at the pool.  Beach service is a huge extra. Pool and both hot tubs have beautiful view of gulf. Nearby is Pompano Joe's a favourite dinner spot and McGuire's is a 10 minute drive. Outlet Mall is 1 stoplight away. We've traveled a lot for beach vacations and will have a standing reservation for this wonderful spot. Owner checked with us upon arrival and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.

family vacation

First time to Destin and Anthony did a tremendous job in answering our questions during the process. Upon arrival, the condo was even better than the pictures! Beautiful and clean...has all the amenities that you need. The first day we had some problems with the ac..I texted Anthony and within a few hours had someone at the door ready to fix. It was a great trip and we will DEFINITELY go through Anthony again when we visit Miramar. Did I mention that it had a great view as well?

Our company trip down to Destin was such a pleasant surprise.  The condo was perfect.  Very nice, clean and had great amenities.   The best part of waking up each morning was sitting on the huge patio with a cup of coffee overlooking a clear blue ocean.  The resort had a great restaurant that opened way passed midnight for those late hour cravings. The pools were huge and very clean.  The owners were easy to work with and fast to respond to any questions we had.  Overall, it was an amazing trip.  Hidden Gem!!!!

 

Family Christmas Holidays in Destin

Our family love spending the holidays in Destin. We booked this condo from Anthony at the last minute. Anthony was very responsive to all of my questions and the booking process was seamless and quick. The unit is exceptionally clean and quality of the furnishing is first rate. We spent a lot of time on the balcony early morning and late evenings enjoying the view of the Gulf. Our kids enjoy their own private bunk room and we enjoy the spacious master. The condo is just a few minutes from the Outlets, restaurants, and grocery store, which is very convenient. Highly recommended and definitely will book here again.

Wonderful week

This condo was perfect for two.  the unit was very clean and well equipped.  the view from the balcony was the best.  We will definitely stay here again.

 

Hidden Jewel

We just returned from this condo Sat past. Great place to set your feet in the sand. The beach view was great and you could hear the waves day and night. We had a light show over the water during a storm which was an added bonus. It is close to many great restaurants, some of which are walking distance. The pools were very clean. We prefer large open areas of pool deck however we really can't complain. The beach made up for it ten fold. Parking is right next to the condo and convenient except in a down pour as there is no cover. The condo was clean and well stocked. The only amenities not available we're salt and pepper shakers and dish clothes. You will probably need more TP then is supplied. These are minor things. Overall it is a great unit for the money. Access was easy . Don't forget about the time change. We did.lol

My family of four LOVED our stay at this condo.  The view is magnificent.  The unit was clean.  We would definintely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

the location is excellent and you have direct beach views and access.the owner is a hands on person and gets back to you with any problems or questions. i stayed for 2 months on business and used a excellent cleaning service which was clinton'scleaning.com.

 

Fantastic Condo I ever seen, compared to economical prices

I think it was really breakthrough to choose this Condo. My family members all loved this place for taking a rest, seeing through the beach in front of the condo.

 

Great Location and View

This condo is across the street from the beach and has a great view of the beach and ocean. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The owner is very easy to work with. The condo was clean, all the appliances worked, and the king size bed was very comfortable. I will definitely rent this condo again. Clean & Excellet location with a super honest personal Our unit had a beautiful view of the ocean couldn't ask for a better view.  The unit was very clean & well taken care of. In addition everything was in great working order. Bed was very comfortable. Close & in walking distance to various resturants and quick marts.  I would rent this unit in a minute They could leave more than two rolls of toilet paper in the unit for an entire week. My sister dropped her wallet outside the car and the maintenance personal found her wallet in the morning and turned it into the management office.  When then saw us looking around our car they came right over & inquired if they could help.  When my sister said she lost her wallet they immediately told her they found it in the morning and where to go pick it up.  Very honest people, no money or credit cards were missing!  We were so greatful they found the wallet and turned it in.

 

Before Summer Fun

This condo was in a perfect location for us.  Right across the beach.  The balcony faced the beach so we were able to start and end the day with a beautiful view.  We were very close to the markets and the outlets to run and grab food and other accessories.  The condo was very clean which is very important to me with children. The kitchen had all the utensils to cook and prep to go to the beach.  This is an awesome property.  

 

Looking Forward To The Next Time

No better location or beach view for the price. Very clean unit. I would say that this is the best unit in the Gulfview complex considering location and proximity EVERYTHING . The best thing about this unit is that the owner is easily to get in touch with, which made the stay  world class. I would recommend this unit to anyone and it will definitely be where we stay on our next visit.

 

Amazing Vacation at Gulfview Condos Room 312

We had an amazing time at Gulfview Condos and had a wonderful view and the ocean was just steps away. Anthony was wonderful to deal with he answered all questions we had, and every thing in his unit was perfect we had all the amenities of home. The complex was clean along with our room the pool was in our back door and then another pool and hot tub was at the back of the complex which were both the cleanest pools I've ever seen:) Every thing was perfect from reserving the unit the room, beach, pools, every thing was clean and comfy the beaches and water was as well. I honestly think Destin has the most beautiful beaches and water I've ever seen I will be back next year for sure and my goal is a two week visit next time.
